Algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden

1. General

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed via www.dreamestore.be, operated by RetailWorkx N.V. (DreameStore.be), with its registered office at Kontichsesteenweg 54, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 0550.594.467, VAT BE0550594467 (hereinafter «the seller»).

2. Prices

All prices are in euro and include Belgian VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the goods. For an order of several goods delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer informs the seller of the decision by an unequivocal statement sent to info@dreamestore.be, for example using the model form at the end of these terms. Using that form is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

After withdrawal, the seller reimburses all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The reimbursement is made with the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Supplementary costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery are not reimbursed. The seller may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The consumer sends back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal, following the return instructions the seller provides after the notification. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made by our logistics partner. Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the consumer when the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.

5. Warranty

The consumer is entitled to the statutory 2-year warranty for lack of conformity under the Belgian Civil Code.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to info@dreamestore.be. The consumer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of the seller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting the consumer.
